Intel Acquires Yogitech
Santa Clara-based Intel said this week that it has acquired Yogitech, a developer of automotive driver assistance systems, such as assisted parking and autoonmous vehicle technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Yogitech was based in Italy. According to Intel, the move will help bolster its Internet of Things Group, as it looks to win deals in the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), robotics and autonomous machine areas.
