Yup Takes $4M For Math, Chemistry, and Physics Tutoring App
San Francisco-based Yup, the developer of a mobile app to provide math, chemistry, and physics tutoring, said today that it has raised $4M in a nnew funding round, and expanded its efforts beyond its roots in math tutoring. The company--formerly known as MathCrunch--said the new funding came from StartX Fund and SOMA Capital. The company said the funds go to scaling its user-base and growing its team.
