LawRoom Acquired By EverFi
Walnut Creek-based LawRoom, a provider of online, compliance education, has been acquired by Washington, DC-based EverFi. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. LawRoom is a provider of training courses and education, particularly in the areas of required training for legal compliance. One of the company's main areas has been high education--through its CampusClarity unit--which specifically focuses on alcohol abuse and sexual violence prevention courses for schools.
