CirrusOne Acquired By Simplus
San Francisco-based CirrusOne, a provider of consulting services for the sales quoting and billing market, has been acquired by sales quoting software and services provider Simplus. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Simplus--which is backed by EPIC Ventures, including Salesforce Ventures and Cross Creek Advisors--says the acquisition is its fifth acquisition of a consultancy since Q4 of 2016. CirrusOne says it specializes in consulting services for CPQ, CLM, billing and customer success solutions.
